Configuring Agent Email Alerts with Sequentum Cloud
Sequentum Cloud is a robust web data extraction and automation platform that offers customizable Email Alert Settings to optimize user experience. This feature provides real-time alerts, keeping users informed about the status of their automated agents and data workflows without the need for constant manual monitoring.
Through Email Alert Settings, users can configure alerts based on specific events, including agent run initiation, run failure, run completion, and even error counts. This customization ensures that users receive timely updates on critical system activities, such as scraping job completions, failures, system errors, or scheduled task executions. For instance, if an agent encounters more errors than the predefined threshold, an email alert is automatically sent to all relevant users. This flexibility enhances operational efficiency and allows users to stay informed without being inundated by excessive notifications.
Email Alert Settings
The Email Alert Settings are disabled by default. To configure alerts, check the Enabled checkbox located in the Alerts tab of the agent detail page. Kindly note, the email alert settings are specific to a particular agent.
